- He is currently working as the Principal of GE Society’s R H Sapat College of Engineering, Management Studies and Reasearch, Nashik
- Worked as Software Engineer at Algorithms Software Consultants, Pune during the year 1987-88.
- He worked for 36 years during Sept. 1988 to June 2024 in several different capacities at K K Wagh Institute of Engg Edu. & Research, Nashik, such as Professor (Computer Engineering), In-Charge Principal, Head of departments of Computer Engg, Information Technology, MCA, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Computer Science and Design and worked as the Dean (Administration) and Prof. In-Charge of Central Library
- Currently working asthe Chairman of Adhoc BOS (Computer Applications) since 2018, SPPU, Pune and member of BOS (Computer Engineering) for PES Modern College and COE Malegaon.

- Recognized PG Teacher and Ph D Supervisor and 07 Ph D Candidates have completed their Ph D and guided 29 ME (Computer) Thesis till date.
- Recipient of best Teacher Awards twice from Lions Club (1999) and Panchavati Sarvajanik Vachanalaya, Nashik (2012) respectively, Microsoft Champion Faculty award (2014), from Lokmat in 2018, CSI Best HOD (2018) and recipient of Best Paper award from Springer Nature, (2020).
